today’s marketplace, customers are looking for a total
source solution for all of their metal stamping, fabrication,
and assembly needs. Responding to the voice of our customers has been a
passion for New Standard and has
led to the deployment of many unique process offerings.
Among
the welding and assembly offerings, New Standard considers itself to be
quite unique. With a broad range of welding technologies
employed including manual MIG and TIG, spot welding, projection welding,
robotic welding, and our newest
process development – in-die welding, New Standard offers
the welding solution for production needs.
Assembly
In support of our other manufacturing, New
Standard also offers a complete line of assembly techniques. Since its
founding more than 60 years ago,
New Standard has distinguished itself by offering complete products including
assembly. Based on its record of ingenuity, New Standard has developed
and patented a proprietary process for the assembly of oil-cooler heat
exchanger bundles.
Responding to its customers needs, New Standard has also
launched a number
of other assembly techniques including: Huck™ fastening;
orbital riveting; PEM fasteners; TOX joining; in-die clinch nut insertion;
laminate assemblies;
and a single-piece flow assembly line for the manufacture of laundry
pedestals. Consistently utilizing its resources to solve its customers'
