New Standard Corporation is poised to grow and move with the market by utilizing an experienced and well-seasoned Customer Leadership Team.

Each member brings years of service and knowledge from key industries that result in a solid structure built on real world working experience.

This team provides the managerial "horsepower" to ensure that New Standard services its customers and stays in the forefront of the changing marketplace.

Individual Bios:

Joy Biser
With an impressive background of over 25 years in Human Resources in the manufacturing environment, supported by her Professional Human Resources Certification, Joy’s focus is associate services and development for New Standard.  Joy serves as our HR Manager.

Keith Brodfuehrer
With over 20 years experience in leading organizations in their lean-journey, Keith serves as the Director of Operations.  A focus on excellence in operations and lean continues to bring enhanced value to our customers.  Keith has his undergraduate degree in Business Administration and an MBA.

Robert Fletcher

With over 15 years in the company, Bob has achieved his Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification.  With a background in engineering, process development, and APICS CPIM Certification, Bob’s process focus and vast experience give him unique qualifications for fulfilling the role as the company’s Director of Administration.

 

Mike Lofties

As the Controller at New Standard, Mike brings over 20 years of diversified financial experience in manufacturing environments. Mike holds a BS in Accounting and is actively involved in local non-profit organizations. 

Dave Meckley
Over the past 25 years, Dave has helped lead manufacturing organizations with a concentration on teamwork, continuous improvement, and lean manufacturing.  His focus on building business partnerships through innovative solutions is a great fit for his role as President of New Standard. 

Todd Musso
Bringing a fresh perspective to New Standard, Todd has an extensive background in plant management and operations. From satellite products to HVAC equipment manufacturing, Todd is focused enhancing value to our customers. Todd serves as our Chief Operations Officer.  Todd has a BS in Electrical Engineering and an MBA.

Dave Porter
With over a decade of leadership at New Standard, Dave plays a key role in the direction of the company and meeting the high level of customer service required in today's marketplace. With a BS in Mechanical Engineering behind him, Dave serves as our VP, Marketing and Sales.

Bob Traup
A seasoned veteran at New Standard, Bob has over 30 years with the company. Known throughout the steel industry, Bob’s primary focus is in Purchasing and Materials Management where he serves as the Director of Purchasing.

Cliff Warner

As a TS-16949:2009/ISO 9001:2008 certified company, Cliff serves as the management representative overseeing New Standard’s Quality Management System.  Cliff is a certified Six Sigma Green Belt with experience in military and commercial environments.  Cliff serves as the company’s Quality Manager.

Mark Wheeler
Mark has a BS in Accounting and an MBA with over 20 years of financial management experience in four diverse manufacturing industries. He has worked extensively with cost systems in complex manufacturing environments, with additional concentration in financial planning and modeling.  Mark serves as the company’s Chief Financial Officer.

Isaac Yates
With a focus on passion for the customer, leading the change from providing only products to New Standard's customers, to providing solutions, cost savings and value added services Isaac serves as Director of Sales.  With over 30-years in solutions selling Isaac is dedicated to improving the New Standard value proposition, focused on customer needs.

Andy Zern
As the Engineering Manager at New Standard, Andy has global experiences with product development and launch, product improvement, and Best Developed manufacturing practices. As one of the resident Six Sigma Black Belts, Andy, supported by the Engineering Team, is uniquely suited to handle your needs from Development to Distribution.
